eBay These items are Brand New. Too big for the area I wanted to display the set. Tried a couple of different spots the last 2 years only to put right back in the box because didn’t work out. Purchased directly from Hallmark. Boxes are not in mint condition but weren’t when I purchased either. They and I taped boxes closed and then did so again and again. Obviously this process damaged the boxes a little every time. At the time I didn’t care because I wasn’t planning on selling. The Christmas Story is the largest-scale nativity created by Susan Lordi. This is the large nativity set. The sanctuary /creche backdrop measures approx 24" tall; Joseph is approx 14.5" tall, and Mary is approx 11.5". The sanctuary and both figurines are in excellent condition! They come with the original boxes and styrofoam; however, the boxes are not in perfect condition and have some damage. Joseph is 15" in height. Sanctuary is 22" in width at front. Excellent Used Condition(EUC). Some scratches on the bases of the stable animals and the Sanctuary. Sanctuary has paint loss on bottom where a tag or such was removed. Donkey ears have color loss on the tips. No chips, cracks, breaks, repairs or refurbishment. Some rubbing on the back of sanctuary on the left side bend. A couple stable animals have lost "Made in China" stickers. These items are in excellent used condition for their age and use.
